The Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa at Walt Disney World Resort in Florida is an elegant, sophisticated hotel, Victorian-era decor with a touch of modernism! Just one monorail stop from Magic Kingdom, you can watch the nightly fireworks or the Electrical Water Pagent, the illuminated parade on the water, directly from the hotel beach.

Located on the edge of the Seven Seas Lagoon, the marina offers boat trips or rental of motor vehicles. A new footpath also allows you to reach Magic Kingdom park in a few minutes. The hotel's main swimming pool, the Beach swimming pool with its magnificent view of the lake, immerses you in a backdrop of springs and waterfalls. The slide will amuse the whole family and you can enjoy the magnificent viewpoint on the bridge over the basin. The gently sloping entrance to the pool is perfect for the youngest. A second, quieter pool is available for hotel guests as well as a water play area for toddlers. Everyone can enjoy the sports facilities, the arcade and in the evenings, movies under the stars and campfires are offered!

Several types of rooms with different views are available. The majority of the rooms can accommodate up to 5 adults while the 2-bedroom suites are available for 8 people. Club Level rooms are also available at this hotel for a maximum of 5 adults, depending on the room type chosen. Guests staying in a Club Level room have privileged access to the Club Level lounge, refreshments and snacks served from 7 am to 10 pm, in addition to access to their concierge and the hotel's health club. A spa and beauty salon complete the services of the Grand Floridian Resort & Spa.

There are several excellent restaurants there. Notably the Victoria & Albert’s, an haute cuisine restaurant where Victorian elegance meets American cuisine and winner of the Five Diamonds (the highest honor). The Narcoosee’s with its spectacular view of the water and its seafood or the Mediterranean inspired Citricos and its particularly extensive wine list are highly sought after Signature restaurants. The 1900 Park Flare presents a buffet with characters for lunch or dinner (you must try the cold strawberry soup!). At the Grand Floridian Cafe, American classics are served in a last century Victorian mansion decor! You can also have tea at the Garden View Tea Room, where traditional English tea and scones are served in the afternoon, or visit the Beauty and the Beast-themed Enchanted Rose Lounge. Finally, a fast food court serves simple meals, snacks and beverages and there are several bars around the pools or at the hotel. Weddings are also celebrated at the Wedding Pavilion and in the reception rooms of the adjoining convention center.

You'll be at a Magic Kingdom monorail station and can easily get to Epcot, Hollywood Studios, or Animal Kingdom using free Disney transportation services.
